Product feedback and technical issues

Use SavourWeek’s public GitHub issue tracker to report a problem or suggest an improvement. Include the page address and what you expected to happen, but never post passwords, allergy records, account data or other personal information.

Recipe corrections

When reporting a recipe issue, include the recipe name, ingredient or step concerned, and the correction you recommend. Food-safety concerns should be clearly identified.

Privacy requests

Do not publish privacy requests in a public issue. Signed-in users should first remove saved plans and recipes from their profile where available. A private support address will be published here before SavourWeek begins collecting information that requires email-based requests.

SavourWeek does not currently operate a call centre or publish a postal address.
